SOLUTION

D-SIMCON Load Mix Optimiser automates load mix determination in a semiconductor manufacturing plant. The optimisation engine, powered by an Al algorithm, explores alternative load mixes each of which is evaluated by a capacity engine that calculates the expected utilisation down to the equipment and chamber level, taking into account heterogenous dedication and equipment availability constraints. This significantly reduces planning lead times while still taking into account the full complexity of input parameters.
