Winter Simulation Conference 2022 will be held in Singapore

During its recent meeting in Las Vegas NV, USA, the Board of Directors of the renowned Winter Simulation Conference (WSC) has awarded the 2022 edition of the WSC to Singapore. This will be the first time the WSC will take place in Asia, and D-SIMLAB will take on a central role in its organization.

The Winter Simulation Conference, with a history dating back to 1967 and taking place annually, is the premier international forum for disseminating recent advances in the field of system simulation, with the principal focus being discrete-event simulation and combined discrete-continuous simulation. In addition to a technical program of unsurpassed scope and quality, WSC provides the central meeting place for simulation practitioners, researchers, and vendors working in all disciplines and in the industrial, governmental, military, and academic sectors.

For many years, the WSC and specifically the Modelling and Analysis of Semiconductor Manufacturing (MASM) sub-conference has been an important vehicle for D-SIMLAB to present to the international community success stories jointly with customers, learn about recent advances in the field of Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations Management and related fields, and mingle and generate opportunities with new customers.

To be held during 11-14 December 2022, D-SIMLAB will be taking on a central role in the Winter Simulation Conference 2022 as Peter Lendermann, D-SIMLAB CEO, will be the General Chair of the conference.
